Service & FAQ:
1.Do you deliver assembled pack or do you deliver KD?
It depends on the client’s requirement and best loading solution.
KD (Knock Down) or called RTA (Ready to Assemble) including hardware is very usual way in our factory.
Fully assembled pack is also common.

2.What size do you have normally?
Our clients normally ask for from 500mm to 550mm for the closet depth.
For the height, from 2000mm to 2800mm as client needs.

3.Do you produce only a part of the cabinet, or can you produce whole set?
We produce according to client’s requirement.
Normally we supply the whole set, including hardware and accessories.
Some professional importers or factories who use us as helping factory, ask for a certain part of the cainets.

4.The drawers are a bit complicated on installation, how do you help to the end user?
The drawer desks / cabinets, we suggest to deliver with fully-assembled package. End user only need to pack out. It will not take much more loading space than the KD package, but save client a lot of time of after-sale service.
If you do need KD package, we have professional installation manual, end user only need to follow step by step.

5.Do you have standard color / pattern program for options or can we decide our own color / pattern?
You are welcome to choose from our standard program or send us your color / pattern so we develop accordingly as well. New develop color / pattern will lead to a MOQ of the materials, other cos is the same.

6.What guarantee do you have for the product?
Our particleboard comes from FSC forest and factory.
Our factory has passed ISO quality and management certificate.
Minimum 2 years warranty and you in fact can use for many more years.
